Our weekends seem to have a trend of becoming more fun with every passing month. Not too mention our weeks alone keep us plenty entertained! I love waking up to my husbands smile to start off everyday!

Thur. we had my sister inlaw from St. George over for dinner as she attended a meeting at BYU. She is a survivor of breast cancer and eats incredibly healthy, but not a single one of her dishes ever feel like there's any missing ingredient, they're absolutely delicious. I get most my meal idea's from her and slowly, but surely we've been starting to rotate our greens, eating little sugar and organic for either chicken, eggs, and most fruits and vegetables. This goal to eat healthy is far from perfect, but our efforts has already changed my perspective on what I put into my body. My fav. thing to drink in the morning is a Bolthouse Farms smoothie, or using Rice Milk, the only problem with everything is the price and how unaffordable it all is. My greatest weakness is cheese and as unhealthy as it maybe, I haven't come to terms to part with it or rather eating it sparingly. This is only the beginning and I hope I can have a long healthy life to benefit from this.

Friday I was able to be incredibly productive with my time. It started off with errands to Wal-Mart by 7:00, got supplies for a garden and no later than 8:30 I had one weeded, planted and blooming before my eyes!

I'm so thrilled to make our new place the best possible. I ended up working a couple hours cleaning the windows at the office, following lunch, I met with Lindsey our Hygienist and got our hair done at Paul Mitchell. I got basic highlights and by the end of the evening, after constantly being on the go I was exhausted.
.
Sat. morning we woke up @ 7:00 and hiked Timp.

Tonight we're having Ariell and her family, as well as the Blacks over for dinner! Also, this weekend we're going with 10 other close friends to WY, to hike another mountain with "snow shoes" (This will be the first for us) and just enjoying the 4day weekend to the fullest!

I've really been wanting to go up to timp. I'm glad someone made it this year. You do so many fun things with you husband. I'm glad you are doing so much before the kiddies come.
